If you are a stand alone shop, or a dealer that struggles to get information on products outside of your brands you need to look into a package with Triad. We are entering year 2 working with Triad Diagnostics, and just added our fourth device. The software, and information that we are supplied by Triad for our MHE, and CV applications is top of the line. Every software update adds many more options. Triad is constantly gaining information to pass on to their customers. I highly recommend investing in this product! best price compared to other online sellers i have looked at (this is the biggest factor that people will buy similar items). no added shipping costs and other fees. did take a little while to get to me. they need to verify you by a phone call. then it takes more time to ship out and then it takes time to arrive to you. expect if you need it asap, you will need about another 2 weeks out to arrive. employee called for the verification and then will text you. i would recommend buying from them. they are real sellers. ill buy another one when i buy another ev car. bought the autel ev car charger.

My experience with Triad Diagnostic Solutions has been amazing.  The representative who assisted me in ordering a Ford IDS for my husband's birthday was Will. Triad is a great company. From the first phone call i made for a price on a IA900 system to now just calling to upgrade stuff here and there has been flawless. Will Govan takes pride in customer service and does a great job making sure you understand everything completely. Recommend 10 out of 10
